RECORDING, PERFORMING, AND HOSTING

PRICING & INFO

Audio/Video Recording + Streaming Service - $440-$1600
This can be open, ticketed, or closed; in a live-session or traditional studio session format. Multi-tracks and multi-cams are transferred to the artist(s) immediately after the session. Cost can be split between multiple groups. If artists want an audience and decide to sell tickets, they set the price and keep 100% of the revenue

Host an Event / Rent the Room - $440-$1600
We can facilitate your next hybrid meeting, work retreat, party, or event! Our studio space is both adjacent to the Urban Artifact taproom, and acoustically isolated from it as well. We can provide Audio, Video, Lighting, Projectors, and Recording/Streaming.

Venue Show - $0: We want to continue doing venue shows, but they have not generally been sustainable for us, and are an underutilization of the Live-Studio. Going forward, all events will be considered as intended for live-capture. The “venue show” option will allow bands an opportunity to get a multi-track audio capture and live-cut video without the upfront cost. If the session/show doesn’t bring in enough tickets to meet the production cost, the band(s) can either cover the remainder, or not worry about being on the hook for it.

Davida House: We hope to call back to our beginnings as a free house venue in a basement, but with the help of sponsorship dollar-bucks to cover production and artist costs together. We’ll update as it progresses!

This is a little widget to estimate the payout of a “Venue Show” in our live-studio. Typically, the artist pool will get 30% of sales under $700, and then 90% of sales over that.

A good example of this in action is on a theoretical event with a $20 ticket.

Selling 35 tickets would net the artists $210, and Radio Artifact $490

Selling twice as many (70) tickets would net the artists four times as much ($840), and Radio Artifact $560

Selling out the Cap of the room at 150 tickets would net the artists $2280, and Radio Artifact $720
